One contractor, all year
Most properties hire one company for snow and another for grounds. With Stockstell, the same team that plows your lot in January mows it in June. You get one point of contact, one invoice and a crew that already knows your site.
We maintain everything from single storefronts to multi-site portfolios, including properties managed through national facilities management companies.

How our maintenance contracts work
We start with a free site walk to measure turf areas, note beds and trees, and agree on a service schedule. Most commercial clients choose a season-long contract with a set number of mowing visits plus spring and fall cleanups, billed in equal monthly payments.
Extra work like mulch, shrub trimming or storm debris cleanup can be added to the contract or quoted separately. Pair it with a snow removal agreement for full year-round coverage.

Frequently asked questions
When does the mowing season start and end?
Mowing usually runs from mid-April through October in Iowa, depending on the weather. Spring cleanup happens before the first mow, and fall cleanup and leaf removal finish the season.
Can I bundle lawn care with snow removal?
Yes. Many clients keep us year-round: mowing and grounds maintenance from spring through fall, then plowing and salting in winter, all under one agreement and one point of contact.
Do you service residential lawns?
Our focus is commercial property: businesses, apartments, HOAs, medical offices and industrial sites. Call us about larger residential properties and we'll let you know if they fit a route.
How is lawn care priced?
Most commercial contracts are priced for the season and billed in equal monthly payments. Extra work like mulch or shrub trimming is added to the contract or quoted separately.
